Foldable phones are conquering the mobile technology market. At the moment, the greatest interest is in phones signed with the Korean manufacturer's logo - I mean the two models of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. Samsung is the undisputed leader in this segment, but it is also due to one element. Namely, the phones that I mentioned earlier are widely available in distribution around the world. In the case of competition, once that there are not too many models that can compete directly, secondly, their availability varies. However, despite everything, manufacturers of mobile equipment want to join this arms race. Oppo will most likely add his two cents, and the latest rumors point to Xiaomi.
In the case of the latter Chinese manufacturer, the case is that it will probably be a foldable phone in the form of a flip. There are actually two types of foldable smartphones on the market, those in the form of a book or in the form of a flip. The latter are noticeably cheaper than the other models. First of all, the screen is smaller, and the whole structure is much more handy. To be honest, it's hard for me to decide which version I personally like better. On the one hand, we get a large working surface with "book" smartphones, on the other hand, it is very large in terms of dimensions. The ones with a flap are more handy and comfortable in basic everyday use.
Personally, I'm waiting for the latest foldable phone from Xiaomi, more competition can only be better for us. I also hope that the Chinese manufacturer will want to compete strongly with the price, so that the "folders" will go under the roof.
