Samsung has overtaken the calendar by updating the Galaxy S21 series.
While April is not over yet, Samsung has already released the May security update for the Galaxy S21 series. In addition to the standard patches in Android, the manufacturer has introduced its own improvements. They concern e.g. camera operation and content sharing.
Quick Share has been improved for transferring data between Galaxy devices and general sharing options have been expanded. The operation of the camera application is to be improved, but it is not known exactly what the improvement is.
Other points included:
Some users of the Galaxy S21 series are already able to download the update, but it will be some time before the firmware reaches all users.
