In addition to the stylus slot, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra can also have a rather controversial appearance.
Samsung Galaxy S22 on the first graphics
Visualizations based on industrial sketches confirm what has been said for a long time — Galaxy S22 is to be very similar to its predecessor.
The next year's flagship, however, will have a slightly smaller screen than the S21 (6 instead of 6.2 inches), and therefore smaller dimensions (146 x 70.5 x 7.6 mm instead of 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9 mm). It looks like the Samsung Galaxy S22 will be one of the smallest Android smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Pro is to be bigger and more powerful
The next visualizations show the probable appearance of the 6.6-inch version of the flagship. However, OnLeaks claims that this one will not debut as the Galaxy S22 + but the S22 Pro.
The naming change may suggest major hardware differences between the S22 and S22 Pro, but the exact details are unknown. Previously, it was only said that the higher positioned variant would support faster charging (45 instead of 25 W).
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is to have a completely new look and S Pen stylus slot
The latest visualizations include the largest and most expensive variant. It should look like this:
The published graphics show that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will have a more angular shape, more associated with smartphones from the Note line. The most eye-catching, however, is the characteristic island with cameras in the shape of the letter P.
Later, however, there were voices that the final decision regarding the appearance had not yet been made. Reportedly, Samsung is also experimenting with a design in which the quad camera is broken into two smaller islands.
It is speculated that Samsung wants to reduce the size of the photo module to reduce weight and free up some space inside the housing due to the S Pen. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is to have a stylus slot.
It is unofficially said that the Galaxy S22 series will debut in late 2021 or early 2022.
