Samsung Galaxy A33 5G is another cheap phone, the manufacturer of which will deprive the 3.5 mm jack connector. Fortunately, the rest of the specification gives hope for a cool smartphone.
The headphone connector - to the despair of a certain group of users - is a relic of the previous era. A vivid example of getting rid of an outdated port is the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G. This cheap medium-sized device will make its debut soon, and there is not enough room for the good 3.5 mm jack in the housing.
The first glance at the device is enough to correctly identify it as a Samsung phone. Interestingly, the manufacturer put on a small notch in the shape of a drop of water, and not a hole for the front camera, which is ubiquitous in new models. Are there still a lot of panels of this type in warehouses? The matrix itself has a diagonal of 6.4 inches, and the image will be presented in FullHD resolution. It's almost 100% AMOLED, because there is no fingerprint reader on the side.

The new Samsung Galaxy A33 5G will not have a headphone connector
The rear panel is also a classic in the Korean edition. The author of the leak, i.e. the well-known OnLeaks, says that we should expect a significantly improved sensor resolution. It's hard to predict it exactly (although I would bet on 64 MP from this year's medium-sized vehicles from a slightly higher segment), but four cameras are a simple system. We will get the main matrix, wide angle and two units for depth and macro. It's good that Samsung doesn't get rid of the wide-angle lens, which has become disturbingly popular recently.
If we look at the bottom bezel, we can easily see the lack of a familiar connector. Apparently, Samsung estimated that in 2022 the group of users with wireless headphones is so numerous that there is no point in playing with the implementation of the 3.5 mm jack. You can still connect them via USB-C, but at the current prices, probably no one will want to play with it. There are also chances for a large battery, because the Samsung Galaxy A33 5G is 8.1 mm thick.
When is the premiere? The source predicts it for January 2022, which coincides with the predecessor's debut a year earlier. However, it is not entirely clear whether this time in February there will also be a version with LTE. The Samsung Galaxy S22 will also make its debut at a similar time - check out our freshly updated summary.
