EUR 10 million investments in Krakow
It has now been announced that Bitpanda is planning to invest at least EUR 10 million in Poland to create a technology and innovation center in Krakow.The center is to employ 300 people, which will double the size of the Vienna Bitpanda team, which currently has 280 full -time employees representing nearly 50 nationalities.

The investment at the Center for Technology and Innovation is to contribute to the further expansion of the company.This move was possible thanks to Bitpanda realization in September 2020.Series A financing rounds worth $ 52 million., with the participation of Valar Ventures Peter Thiel and other investors from the fintech industry, such as Speedinvest.
A few days ago, Bitpanda introduced the Polish language version of its services.Earlier, the company entered new markets in France, Spain, Turkey and Italy.
