On its YouTube channel, Apple has released a guide on taking screenshots on iOS / iPadOS devices.

People who want to take a screenshot can capture an image of the entire document, page or email, even if it does not fit on the screen. This is possible thanks to the Whole page option. Finally, you can also edit the created screenshot.
