If inactivity in gmail, on Google disk (including in documents, sheets, presentations, drawings, forms, jamboard and Google sites) or in the pictures it has been going on for 2 years, Google can delete all data from the service.Earlier you will receive appropriate information by e -mail and notifications in Google services.The Service Provider will try to contact you at least 3 months before the planned removal of the content.To prevent the removal of content - show activity in a given service.

For example, if you have not been using the photo service for 2 years, but you regularly enter the disk and Gmail mail, only the content of the Google photo service will be removed.Content stored in gmail and on disk (including in documents, sheets, presentations, drawings, forms and jamboard) will not be removed (if you show activity in these services).

Removal of an inactive account with content may occur in the absence of activity over 12 months.To be active, just log in and use the mail during that time.
