Can you make a router/cable switch from the phone?

Currently, I have 4 computers with a 5 port switch (i.e. 4PC + 1 which the Internet is flying from the main link, but it will happen that the main one will fall and you need to switch quickly to the phone quickly

Of course, you can take additional mobile internet with a mobile router then it would go
