Plus launches the ESIM service

The ESIM service will be available in Plus in the coming days. Signature of the contract on the tablet

In accordance with the policy of caring for the natural environment adopted in the Polsat Plus group, Plus introduces the possibility of signing contracts on the tablet in electronic form.The contract signed in this way will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.Safety will be ensured by a qualified seal and a qualified time sign, in accordance with the European Regulation EIDAS.

The electronic signature is primarily the speed and convenience of customer service and saving their time.It is also benefits related to environmental protection - less paper consumption, and thus cut trees.This is a completely safe solution when it comes to the circulation of documents and personal data of customers.In addition, customers will gain constant access to documents in electronic form (e-mail).

This solution is now available at selected Plus sales points, and from September it is planned to implement it in salons all over Poland.The next step will be to introduce a service also for Polsat Box customers.
