Huaweia smartphones with GMS - the manufacturer has a clever plan

Huawei plans to start licensing its designs to the state-owned China Postal and Telecommunications Appliances Co. called Xnova, and the latter will try to buy the necessary hardware and software that the former can no longer acquire. This would be a continuation of the existing arrangement where Xnova sold the Nova series on its online store, with the only difference being that Xnova would now use its own brand. Another company that will soon sell its own brand phones based on Huawei designs is the telecommunications equipment manufacturer TD Tech Ltd. Here, however, the partnership is still being negotiated. Meanwhile, Huawei engineers are adapting phone designs to use Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets instead of those made by Huawei's subsidiary HiSilicon.
