od: 3.548 zł »Specyfikacja | więcej informacji »It is worth noting, however, that in addition to the regular store offer, an interesting promotion is also available in the manufacturer's store.By buying a computer by April 2 as a gift you will win a monitor Warta PLN 699, and you will get an additional year of warranty, which gives a total protection for 3 years!
Below you will find a detailed specification of the Huawei Matebook D 16:
Slender aluminum alloy housing
The Chinese manufacturer knows how to make nice laptops (just look at Huawei Matebook X from last year), hence it is not surprising that the housing of the new notebook was made of anodized aluminum. The design is simple and classic, which also emphasizes the finish in the gray mat (Huawei describes this shade as cosmic gray).
Mounting and making the housing is at a good level. There is a tendency to lightly bend under the pressure of the work desktop or cover, but this is nothing that would actually affect the comfort of work.

The weight of the device oscillates around 1.7 kg, so it is not a typical, ultramobile computer by 2021 standards. It is worth noting, however, that by reducing the frames around the display, in a housing usually associated with 15-inch machines, Chinese designers managed to close a screen with a larger, as much as 16.1-inch diagonal.
The webcam is hidden in the keyboard - it houses the clipboard between the F6 and F7 keys. This is a solution that Huawei is already famous for, has its supporters and opponents. The latter complain mainly about the unattractive framing of the image, but in practice it does not matter much, because due to the poor parameters of the webcam (only 0.9 Mpix and the lack of support of Windows Hello), you will probably use it at most sporadically.

The fact is that the camera can be hidden in the storage compartment at any time (so you can be turned off) and the fact that the microphone is sensational to the sound, nicely filtering the noise of the environment. In this respect, Huawei Matebook D 16 is even better than Aorus 15G XC with the support of the Nahimic application!
2-watt stereo speakers, which were placed unusually, is also complementable, because on the sides of the keyboard. This solution makes it difficult to cover them (with classic speakers directed down often), and the sound itself is clear and nicely sounding in high and medium tones. You will not see basses, of course, but it is also not a surprise - hardly any laptop in this segment offers something more.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.plHuawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.plHuawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.plIn the context of ports, we have 2 classic USB 3 connectors.2 Gen1 and two USB-C with charging function. The latter also support the option of sending an image, with the manufacturer declares support for the DisplayPort 1 standard.4, but our copy served a 4K signal at a maximum of 30 Hz.They are accompanied by an HDMI socket (image transmission to 4K/60 Hz inclusive) and JACK 3.5 mmdo licking headphones and microphone.Only the SD card reader is missing.
A nice and useful addition is a fingerprint reader built into the power button, which allows you to log in to Windows Hello immediately after turning on the computer - this is the hallmark of Huawei, just like a hidden webcam placed on the keyboard.

The housing is relatively easy to disassemble - all screws are easily accessible and the bottom plate is based on classic latches. After removing the cover, however, you don't do much - the memory is soldered, just like all other key components. The only exception is the SSD socket, where you can connect an additional medium if offered in the 512 GB factory configuration turns out to be too low.
Illuminated keyboard and comfortable trackpad
Matebook D 16 is equipped with a membrane keyboard. This is a well -known model that hosted M.in.in previous generations of the D series.
So you will not find here alphanumeric block (there is no shortage of space, but the designers preferred to use them in a different way, giving the sides of the keyboard speakers, which I mentioned earlier), and the function buttons were reduced - just like two of the four arrows.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.plHuawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.plHuawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.plThe key stroke is shallow (reaches 1 mm), but the answer is clear - this makes the Matebook D 16 keyboard relatively "hard".Despite this, the laptop is convenient - the issue of habit, of course, remains switching to this specific system.
There was (fortunately) the keyboard of the keys, with this element definitely saving on the side of less successful solutions. While in terms of color (white) or grading (3 steps) luminance does not differ from competitive models in this segment, so the brightness of the backlight is slightly disappointing.Even in the total darkness, the keys are barely visible.
The trackpad looks great for it.It is big, pleasant to the touch and most importantly, precise, so it will easily replace the mouse. It also supports the function of a multi-tank, and the right and left click integrated in a hidden beam under the touchpade.
Unusual screen 16.1 ″ to znak rozpoznawczy
One of the most visible news in the latest generation laptop is the screen.Designers from Huawei put on very narrow frames around the display, so they managed to fit in the "fifteen" housing IPS panel with a diagonal of up to 16.1 ″.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.pl
This unusual model was produced by Chi Mei.It works in Full HD resolution, i.e. 1920 × 1080 pixels and offers wide viewing angles and brightness of almost 330 cd/m2 at uneven illumination of reaching 12%.This in combination with the semi -matt coating of the screen means that you will not complain about the readability of the image in the light.
As a standard, we have wide viewing angles guaranteed by an IPS panel, as well as a typical refresh rate (60 Hz) and reaction time (9 ms).
However, the color of the color palette looks above average - in the case of the Gamut Coverage coefficient, it is nearly 96% for SRGB and nearly 67% for AdoberGB, and therefore a value sufficient to amateur (and even semi -profitable) processing of graphics or movies.
Battery life is even over 10 hours!
Huawei is one of those manufacturers who put a lot of effort into the optimization of the laptop working time on the battery and (fortunately) Matebook D 16 is no exception here.
A 56 Wh battery was installed in the housing, and several ready -made scenarios related to energy saving have been sewn in the software.Effect?Definitely satisfying.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.pl
The heart of the notebook is the relatively energy -consuming AMD system (TDP at 45W), but if you do not plan to use it 100% on travel, you can count on even more than 10 hours away from the socket - of course, assuming that you will not give up energy -saving mode. This is a very good result and one of the strong arguments that it is worth buying a laptop Matebook D 16.
What if you have to squeeze the proverbial last drop of power from the processor and graphics? As our tests show, in this case the computer will turn off after about 100 minutes, which is a good result anyway.
However, it is worth emphasizing two things.First of all, the factory charger looks like a smartphone adapter and is not much heavier than it, which is definitely good news for people often.Secondly, thanks to fast charging technology, you can quickly replenish your energy reserves - 15 minutes at the socket allows up to 2 hours of further operation without a cable.
Huawei Matebook D 16 is a good laptop for work
Unlike the passively cooled Matebook X, the latest representative of the D line is driven by the AMD system. This is the Ryzen 5 4600H processor, so the model made in a modern 7 Nm process, offering 6 cores and clocking at up to 3 GHz.He is accompanied by an integrated Radeon RX Vega 6 graphics system.
RAM we have up to 16 GB and on DDR4 bones (3200 MHz), and an efficient SSD with the NVME interface, 512 GB and WiFi Intel in 6 AX standard. This is a really interesting set with definitely above average performance.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.pl
Huawei Matebook D 16 cannot compete with typical gaming computers or advanced workstations, which does not mean that it is not an efficient alternative to a home PC.On the contrary.Just take a look at the benchmarks and synthetic tests to see the huge potential of this machine.
This is not a computer whose possibilities end with an office package or four open browser cards. On the new Matebook, you can easily process multimedia (even a "salad" of 4K resolution!), You will start a program for creating 3D models or edit photos in the Adobe application (the laptop has won 4481 points in the Benchmark Procyon Photo Editing for Photoshop and Lightroom Classic).
Huawei Matebook D 16 is not equipped with a dedicated graphics system - instead of displaying the image is responsible for the integrated Radeon RX Vega 6.So it's easy to guess, avid players have nothing to look for here.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.pl
However, if you play sporadically and usually in less demanding or older titles, you will probably enjoy the fact that with Full HD resolution and low settings, the laptop maintains a stable 20-23 KL./s Even in such titles as Borderlands 3, Hitman 3 or Deus Ex: Human Revolution. You can not say about every integr.
I mentioned that the laptop is actively cooled. This is responsible for two fans referred to by Huawei as a "shark fins", which is associated with the design of their blades. The huge advantage of this solution is good comfort - with tasks that do not require the use of the full capabilities of the processor, the laptop remains practically silent.
By entering the higher speed, it gradually turns to around 46 dB - this already gives noise clearly noticeable, but in my opinion it is still acceptable.I will also add that the housing does not tend to heat up - even when the sensors record a maximum 100 degrees C (which is rare - usually in stress, the temperature does not exceed 82 degrees c) the hottest place of the housing reaches at most 44 degrees C and only points- The working desktop temperature does not exceed 39 degrees C.
Huawei Share, i.e. support your smartphone and laptop at the same time
Huawei has long been developing software installed on its laptops - today it is a real combine that significantly improves the comfort of using the computer.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.pl
PC Manager software makes sure that the drivers are always current and the notebook uses the optimal energy management scenario. The real hit, however, is Huawei Share, which is an application that allows Windows to integrate with the software compatible with this solution of smartphones (i.e. models Marek Huawei and Honor).
It works great. For example, you can open documents saved in the phone's memory with the help of a program on your computer, or browse photos straight from the phone without the need to rip them to a computer hard disk.Well, you can even receive video calls coming to the phone on the laptop, or use a mouse and notebook keyboard to move around the mobile interface. This is a very convenient solution.

Is it worth buying a Huawei Matebook D 16 laptop?
Huawei consistently strengthens its position on the Polish market.Matebook D 16 not only has everything that the statistical Kowalski expects from a universal laptop to work, but adds some really interesting solutions that you will not find at the competition - e.g..Unusual screen 16.1 ″.
This is a very successful laptop that will basically work in every scenario - of course. It is nice, slender, has a sensible set of ports, a good screen and a very efficient set of components, and on the battery it holds even over 10 hours.
Huawei matebook d 16 / fot.techmaniak.pl
What was missing?Certainly better keyboard backlight and SD card reader. You can also complain about the starting price set at the lowest level of PLN 3,999, but the latter problem is easy to contradict when buying equipment in pre -sale - as a gift you will win a monitor Warta PLN 699, so the actual price of the laptop is much more favorable.
