How to copy music to iPhone?

To copy music files to Apple devices, use iTunes (for computers with Windows and macOS older versions than Catalina) or Music (for macOS Catalina and later).

If you're using iTunes, follow these few steps:

1. connect the iPhone to the computer with a cable and wait for the device to be detected;
2. in the music library in the iTunes application, by clicking on the desired album or music track, select the Add to device function and point to our phone.

If you have a newer version of macOS that supports the Music app, follow these steps to copy music to your iPhone:

1. connect the iPhone to the computer via the lighting cable and wait for the device to be paired;
2. in the music library of the Music application, right-click on selected songs or entire music albums and point to Add to Device, then select your iPhone.

To transfer music from your computer to your iPhone wirelessly, you need to have both devices paired with the iTunes or Music app. on the same wireless network. The function of syncing with iPhone over Wi-Fi will then be available.
