Failure in Plus.Customers could not use the Internet

Friday afternoon brought a Plus network failure.Green operator customers reported that the Internet could not use the Internet.Fortunately, the problems did not last long.

Today (November 5, 2021) around 12:30 the number of applications on DownDector increased rapidly.pl regarding the Plus network.Its users complained about the lack of access to the Internet, and some also in the absence of the possibility of going.The failure affected many places throughout Poland, and the number of applications at the peak exceeded 11,000 (below the chart from 13:30).

Under one of the comments of the dissatisfied customer on the Plus profile on Facebook, the operator's answer appeared:

The situation is known to us.We apologize for these inconveniences.Our technicians are working on restoring the full functionality of the network.We suggest temporarily logging the device to 2G mode.

Fortunately, for customers of the Plus network, the problems turned out to be short -lived and in most places they gave way.We don't know what caused the failure.
